Founder & CEO

Ofentse Kgwedi is the passionate and visionary director of Evinco Industries. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information and Technology Management, she aims to equip herself with the skills necessary to navigate and thrive in today's rapidly evolving business landscape.

At a young age, Ofentse also brings valuable experience to her role as a tender administrator and procurement specialist at an engineering firm. This hands-on experience enhances her understanding of project management and operational efficiency.

A skilled data analyst proficient in SQL and Power BI, Ofentse turns raw data into clear, actionable insight, building dashboards and reports that guide strategy, strengthen client relationships and sharpen service delivery across every engagement.

Her commitment to leveraging emerging technologies, including data analytics and artificial intelligence, positions her to drive innovation within Evinco Industries. Ofentse's energy and dedication to excellence inspire her team and set the foundation for continued growth and success.

Tafa Makanganise - Chief Technology Officer

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Tafa Makanganise is the Chief Technology Officer at Evinco Industries, where he leads the design, development, and continuous evolution of the company's software solutions. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a strong foundation in cybersecurity, Tafa architects secure, scalable, and forward-thinking systems that bring Evinco's long-term vision to life.

With expertise spanning software engineering, secure application development, and modern technologies, he sets the technical direction of the business, ensuring every product is delivered with performance, reliability, and user experience at its core. His security-first mindset means Evinco's solutions are secure by design and built to industry best practices.

A hands-on full-stack engineer, Tafa builds responsive websites, custom web applications and client portals, and backs them with penetration testing and security audits, turning solution architecture into robust, production-ready systems that clients can trust.

Working closely alongside Ofentse, Tafa plays a pivotal role in turning strategy into reality. He collaborates on product development and the company's long-term goals, and is driven by relentless curiosity and a genuine passion for technology. His focus is building software that solves real-world problems and positions Evinco as a leader in reliable, innovative digital solutions.
